Clear up page layout for Feedback/Support
RespondidaI recently accidentally opened a support ticket while intending to add a feedback post, simply due to the fact that the Support ticket system has a button that specifically says to "submit a request" (which IMO would be feedback) instead of "submit support ticket", while the button to add a feedback post is hidden all the way at the bottom of the page.
I understand it was probably meant to make people at least glance at the front page of feedback, but it can be pretty damn confusing.

We use a service called Zen Desk for this and unfortunately do not have the ability to alter the layout of the webpage like you suggest. You have to petition Zen Desk for any changes to the webpage you'd like to see.
