Improve Mobile Add Friend Error Message

Hi there, when trying to friend someone that for some reason has incoming friend requests disabled (for example, Discord bots or Discord employees) this message will appear on Android: "Hm, didn't work. Double check that the capitalisation, spelling, any spaces, and numbers are correct." That feels like a completely irrelevant error message, I suggest it would be changed to something like: "We can't send this user a friend request. Please confirm that the user has incoming friend requests enabled."

  have same issue on windows when i try send friend request its give me same error while i am 100% sure its exactly right discord ID, even i did copy and paste and still same error

  Friend requests are disabled how do I fix it ???
