Extended Markdown Support (for bots)

Hi there, Discord currently only supports very little of the Markdown syntax, with a good reason - so that users can't write in heading1 or embed hidden links in pictures, for example. But I believe two more Markdown syntax should be approved for bots; 1) to make bullet-point lists; 2) to use headings (e.g. h1, h2, h4 but in Markdown, using hashtags - cheat sheet: https://github.com/adam-p/markdown-here/wiki/Markdown-Cheatsheet).   Hashtags would interfer with channel mentions, though
