allow apps without ‘identify’ role

I have an app (toggle mute/deafen via a StreamDeck) that only needs ‘RPC’ for setting/getting voice status. AUTHORIZE only prompts for this, but AUTHENTICATE then triggers another prompt for the identify role without me asking for it. I’m guessing this is because the initial DISPATCH includes user data, but I don’t need that data. I don’t want the data, or for the user to be told that I want it when I don’t.
