I cannot cancel my nitro subscription.

Hi discord team. While trying to cancel my subscription, I've been getting an error that states: "We are unable to cancel your nitro subscription. Please try again or reach out to our support team if this problem continues".
As I don't have a way to re-pay the gift nitro, (I don't have a credit card, nor any cash to refund) I needed to contact you ASAP.

    Unfortunately, this is the exact same problem that I am having right now. I was trying to cancel my gift subscription today, but it says the same message. I also don’t have credit card or PayPal so I cannot pay my subscription in any way possible, so I hope this gets fixed till tomorrow, thanks!

    I also have this problem. "Your subscription is past due. Please fix your credit card info". I was gifted the nitro perks but still want to continue with just having classic nitro tho. Plz fix

    I have this problem as well and I cannot pay for a classic nitro subscription because it wont pay through my PayPal balance, please fix this asap.
