Allow 0 minute setting for "Push Notification AFK timeout"

I get that many users find it annoying to receive push notifications on both their desktop and their mobile device, but I don't.  I want to *always* receive push notifications on my mobile device, even if I'm actively using a desktop when I receive them.  Having the *option* to stop them is great, but if you're going to have a drop-down with several different options to choose from, why not give the option to remove the delay altogether?

  How is this still an issue in 2022? Just allow me to recieve the notification simultaneously instead of a check to see if the desktop app is active... Surely that's an easy implementation?

  Still an issue, I regularly miss desktop notifications from my partner, especially when playing games with sound. Since I have my watch set up to buzz for important notifications, I would much prefer having the option to send all notifications to mobile.

  I literally dropped discord and went to Telegram. This shit is tiring and a big joke.
