Be able to list targets and change their status (emoji) as needed

Right now I can add a poll, but you can only add emojis or votes to the line. I would like to be able to change the emoji. That way I can list strategic areas, and for an example have a green dot by ones we control, red by those controlled by eniemies, blue for Allies and gray for open. In a game the statuses can change very quickly so redoing the list with every change is impossible, but for members to be able to quickly change the emoji would be simple and easy.
