The ability to tag people in 1 to 1 dm's

In Discord, even if you are in a 1 to 1 dm with someone, you and the person you're messaging can tag each other in that dm.

This isn't a program breaking thing it's just incredibly annoying. People think that by tagging me in private dm's I will get a notification, while yes that is true, I get a notification if they message me without the tag. It's really annoying and very pointless. I can tell if I'm going to hate a person when the first message they send me is @Shifor#2073.

  same happens with group DM's where they use @everyone for something where you get notified every single timr you get a message

  smh they really need to get rid of this, cant tell you HOW ANNOYING IT IS! it does absolutely nothing more than a regular message and is often spammed to just get your attention and now you got a dm full of yellow
