WEAK ADMINISTRATOR Permission
The Weak Administrator Permission - Gives all permissions just like Administrator, but does not bypass channel-specific permission overwrites
Useful if you're too lazy to not check every single box but Administrator

If you do not want them to access that channel, then remove administrator from them and instead enable the permissions you want them to have.
