Make a server feature (in the form of a tag, setting, etc.) that forces users on that server (with that tag) to be in light mode while they are looking at that server.

  Personally, it's not a good idea. What happens if I'm in that server at night time? I don't want to be blinded. Also people chose their own theme for a reason (light/dark) so doing that would not make it a choice.

  Yep, light mode is a bad idea.
