Choose between AM/PM or 24h format

Would be cool have a option to change what time format will be used. For example, I use Portuguese and the 24h format is displayed, but I want AM/PM format, and the only way to change the format is changing discord app language to English.

  I'm in the exactly opposite position, I use English, but I'd like a 24h format clock since I just find it more easy to work with.

  changing locale to change time format is totally not a solution. you either should follow system time format settings configurable in windows settings or provide your own toggle for time format.
