new password verification upon changing password

As a person who have a fairly long password, sometimes mistyping is unavoidable. However, upon changing passwords from Settings -> Edit Account -> Change Password, I realized it only requires me to type the new password once. This can cause unwilling typo when changing passwords. Therefore another box to verify the new password should be added in my opinion.

  There absolutely needs to be a password confirmation box. I had to start an entirely new account due to having to reset my password And apparently entering it wrong... followed by my 2FA app failing and not being able to access backup codes. This is such a simple addition but SO important!

  This should always be done. This is done by EVERY other site I know. Why does discord think they need to be special in this aspect? I was completly baffled when I changed my password today - and of course I mistyped it the first time and there was no way to go back. Had to go to their website just to change it again - without confirmation.
