Interactive UI Messages

Other apps that are similar to Discord have bot APIs that allow them to post UI containers as messages. Slack has "Block Kit" and Microsoft Teams has "Cards", and they allow bot creators to add extended information and functionality to their messages, such as choice lists, drop downs, grids and buttons.

It would be great if Discord also had a cards/blocks implementation. It would allow bot creators to add a lot of great functionality that would otherwise just end up as a requested feature.

  Having the possibility to add buttons other than by using reaction looks pretty good.

  I think there should also be a textbox option. That would allow users to send multiline messages to the bot.
