After hitting 1k server members, the offline member list gets hidden and @everyone tags become @here tags

So at 999 members if you @everyone on your server, it will tag EVERYONE including the offline people
but as soon as you break 1k server members, the offline user list gets hidden and then the @everyone becomes an @here, tagging only the people who are currently online.
This is a HUUUGE downgrade and honestly makes me want to cap my server at 999 members to not lose the functionality of an @everyone, and i think it should be fixed imo

Your suggestion is technically already implemented as visibility of "offline" part on members list does not impact behaviour of Everyone mention. By it design Everyone mention pings everyone on server no matter conditions such as member count.Everyone mention ALWAYS ping everyone and it always did.
Since functionality works like you want, and it always did i'm willing to forsee that employee will close this Feedback soon :)
