[Channel permissions]: Read/See channel ONLY IF user has this role AND DOES NOT HAVE these roles

Make it possible to allow users in a certain role to a channel but only if they DON'T have certain other roles.

This may be confusing for beginners but is a extremely handy advanced feature.
(please make it so it works without having to rely on the roles authority position towards another so inverse role permissions are possible for other channels).
