Added layer to account restoration process

I deleted my account off, and was hoping to reuse the email address with a new account.

I accidentally pressed the restore button when I was checking to see if it the account was deleted yet and it restored my account back to full functionality.

This needs an added layer to confirm if you want to go ahead and complete the account restoration process.
