Allow SVG input for thumbnails in embeds

Discord embeds currently do not support using SVG as the thumbnail image (and I'm assuming all images for that matter). This feature would be nice to have.

  :( surely it shouldn't be that hard to implement this? unless there are some kind of security issues with it?

  I'm shocked SVG thumbnail and images are not supported yet.
  Will have to implement a render endpoint just because of this...
