Skype Integration

Hi. I've recently been in contact with a Discord Agent and I wanted to send a suggestion. He just told me that the only way for Skype accounts to connect to your discord account is to be a synced Microsoft account. My skype is signed in directly from Microsoft and I wanted to request a change to that.

Idea: Change the skype connection method. If it's not synced up, you can still connect. You can still connect with Discord's currrent method of connecting to Skype as of right now. If that can't be possible, I'd rather have the first method (suggestion) that I stated.
