Show a link's IDN instead of the punycode for arabic/chinese/japanese/etc. characters

Have links show the actual foreign characters instead of the punycode when posted in Discord.

How it currently looks when you post such a link:

This would be great for people who frequently use international domains, e.g., for image/file hosting.

If people are worried about phishing then I would suggest adding a switch to enable/disable punycode under the "Text & Images" category for example.
