[SUGGESTION] Coloured dots & Profile decoration

When set to Do Not Disturb make it so it doesn't allow someone to be pinged. Like a notification to the person who is trying to ping someone who as DND (Do not disturb) set saying, "This person can't be ping" or something allow that line.

This other suggestion isn't necessary I just thought it'd be a cool idea to have accessories for our discord profiles. Example, if someone wanted a wanted an angel theme to their profile, there'd be a closet in the My Account tab that has a halo and a angel tail. The user would equip it and their profile would have a halo above their profile in chat and a tail.

This feature can be for users with Nitro.
