When Using Volume Slider for User Volume There is No 75%

Whenever you slide the volume slider there is no option to set it to 75%. There is only 74% and 76%. I have not done any more investigating to see if there are other numbers that are missing as well.

  Just use left and right arrow keys after you set a volume
