I might suggest that you make it a little clearer in your tutorial / help section as to how to post a message. There is nothing there to tell first time users to use the "enter button" to post a typed message.

  Seconded! If a search on 'how to post a message' hadn't found your comment, I still wouldn't know how to do it!
