Discord support ignoring me?

Last night my account got hacked and my wife and I panicked since my account has a Lot of sensitive data (DMS and Servers). I do have a lot of clients there since I'm a freelance artist. My wife and I sent a ticket last night nd only hers got a reply saying that they can't help unless I sent the ticket. BUT I Did. No reply since then. Please I really need some help here.
