Profile Picture Censoring

Give the ability for server admins is to hide NSFW profile pictures. As the system currently is you can ask the person to change their profile picture or be removed from the server. We can already nickname people to avoid NSFW nicknames, so why can't we hide profile pictures too?

The hidden profile pictures could be blurred or replaced with a placeholder image.

This would make moderation much better. For example, I have a discord server revolving around a game server I own, my server is already small and it's painstaking to have to get rid of fairly active members.
