[Client] Upon Windows startup, Discord spits out JavaScript error

On Windows Startup, Discord spits out a JavaScript error about an "Unchaught Exception". Error below:

Restarting the app lets me access Discord.

I'm on Discord version "PTB 67364 (0d1db82)", and on Windows version "Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.18362)"
