2 Server Owners (2 People with ownership)

My discord server recently got partnered. (hooray!), but the problem is, the other owner of my server has the badge and perks because he has ownership. I think this is unfair, because he doesn't wanna transfer ownership even though I opened the server, and if he would want to (we wanted to do a week/week kinda thing), the partnership gets instantly removed.

What I was thinking is that you could apply for 2 people with ownership, therefor both get the badge. Not everyone automatically gets 2 slots for ownership, but only with specific terms you have to meet and then email discord with a request. Hope to see positive responses about this!
