Add "Change Theme" to keybinds.

I use Scissors made by Windows a LOT for discord and I hate that most of people in my discord hate light mode. If we would be able to press a key to change the theme you could easily avoid any harassment thrown just for the theme.

    Imo this is not great with UX.

    It wouldn't take long to change your theme by going to settings > appearance
