Slow mode on mention Roles

Putting "Slow Mode" on mentioning @ certain Roles in Servers so that the Roles can still be mentioned, but can't be spammed. In the server that I admin, We use Roles to gather people for games or activities in the server. Anybody can spam those Roles intentionally or even on accident, It's efficient for people of common interest, to be able to interact with people of like interest. Having a slowdown would stop the possibility of constant pinging to be able to do that, While still giving people the option of connecting or recruiting to play various games or chat about various things,
