Disable Auto-Mute for large servers for Mods/Admins

The auto-mute for large servers is detrimental to the duties people who are moderators or admins on a discord server. Disabling it for certain usergroups (or enabling the disabling of it when creating usergroups) would be the ideal way to keep bandwidth down while maintaining function as the auto-mute is intended to do.
