Add a comment section for images or videos channel onlyplease

Discord I'd be absolutely honored if you do this! Make a comment section for images or videos that have been sent in a server. Usually, channels like #memes or #art is flown with many comments which ruins the channel. Adding a comment section will pretty much make it much more organized!
