Add a permission which allow to see list member

Hi, (English is'nt really fluent for me)

It would be great if we could create a permission which allows to some roles to see the list member of a server, in the way to not be able to see the list member of a server if you're not allowed.

Besides, we could choose to see the disconnected ones of a server, or not. Add this permission for roles in a server, and moreover add this choice in control panel of the user, please.

And finally, could we add an option to see, when we are in a channel, only those who are in the same channel ?
