voice sound - i can't hear anyone voice

i can't hear anyone voice, i was reinstalled, restored setting, restarted my laptop and by the way, my laptop is lenovo ideapad 320 and i use headphone dbe GM150

  2 people trying to talk can't hear each other, mic's and speakers check out ok
