In my group server we started using Roles as "achievements" to give to people. So I imagined a custom achievement system, in which the server admins could create badges with custom icons and titles and give them to other people.

  There are bots doing simmiliar things. Actualy the most Adminastration bots have some kind of rankinf or achievement system. Examples would be yagpdb or mee6.
