add "allow keybind when application has started"

What would I mean by this? What I mean is in the "Keybinds" section in Discord's settings is Discord should add an option/different presets for when different applications are detected to be launching by Discord, custom presets with custom keybinds for that specific game will be applied. How I think this would help the Discord community and I is when different games have different "Push to Talk" keys when you are playing with your friends while being in a call/voice chat, they would hear 2 voices. One way to stop this is to put the in-game PTT key on Discords "Push to Mute" function. Then, when you press the button your mic in discord gets muted for the duration of the button press and only the people in-game can hear you. Many other combinations can be used to greater effect than I have not thought of. I feel like this would be a very good addition to Discord.
