Specific Online Status for Specific People

I don't want a specific discord friend from my twitch streams to know when I'm online on discord.. blocking them would just mean they can find me on twitch or instagram.. if I can just keep that specific person from seeing my status as online then i'm a happy camper as they will just think I'm busy as I'm currently not streaming due to school. I'm sure others can relate to this kind of problem. I don't want to block them but I don't want to talk to them if possible or them to know I'm online.. but keep my status in servers and with my other friends.
