Allow more control over folder creation

Frequently when clicking between servers a click while moving the mouse will put two servers into a new folder and then I need to spend 15 seconds screwing with it to get rid of the folder I never wanted. Could we have an option to lock the server bar or disable new folder creation? The ratio of accidental folder creation to intentional is well past 100:1 and this functionality is really obnoxious.

  19 days at pending approval? I've got a lot of people waiting on this to get approved so they can start following this issue.
