Anit-bot security feature - Phone Verification

So there's been a recent rise in bots, specially last night when multiple servers from streamers got invaded by bitcon bots.

The main concern here is that the bots can bypass the highest security feature - "Phone verification" by adding a twitch account to the discord and give them subs.

In any means users being able to bypass this security feature by just having a role assigned to them is a breach in itself towards this setting.

So i think having a option to where, we set it to where having a role won't bypass Phone Verification or specifying what roles that can specifically bypass the security feature would be a solution to this.

This concerns both partnered and non partnered discord servers, and having bots continuously spamming and invading servers is something no one who are active there likes. and having a feature where we can choose if having a role or what role that can bypass the security setting would prevent this in a whole.
