Im having isues with refunding

I bought nitro 8 days ago everything was normal up until today i recived 4 email somebody bought 4 nitro gifts and used one on my account and gave himself the link. I have 3 links left. I tried refunding but i dont understand the system. I received the email from a discord bot but i still cant figure out what i need to do. I sent and email back confirming the refund do i need to wait now or did i do something wrong?
