A Discord x Twitch Integration for Volumes

Discord Partnership with Twitch, potentially as a channel extension, but ideally as a built-in feature that is optional to turn on for streamers. Hopefully, it could be done easily to make it accessible. 

This feature would connect the Discord app to the Twitch stream and allow viewers to raise and lower volumes of the other people on stream if they're using discord. This might be more difficult than it sounds but it seems to me that it would be a great feature.

An interesting integration could be that you can turn up/down the person's volume through their profile on Discord. That way you can be in the streamer's discord, find the person, and lower/raise their volume. This encourages the use of discord more and helps them get more users.

Examples of use: 

Streamer's friend x is too loud/quiet and has their gain too high/mic volume too low.

You dislike Streamer's friend x and you want to mute them.
