Allow us to hide the app splash screen
It would be nice to be able to turn off the display of the app splash screen. Seeing it every time the app launches gets tiring, after a while.

I know this is old but I came here to echo the want for this as well. This is the only startup application on my computers that has a splash screen. I want it removed because after I log on to my computer, I'm just trying to get started with something and the splash screen always steals focus.
Just having this as an option would be an amazing QoL improvement.
