[Feature] Please add separate setting for private chat notifications to be visible on overlay

For now there is only „Show Text Chat Notifications” On/Off

I bet nuts against dollars that there are people which do not need all the spam from all observed channels, but private messages notifications are acceptable.

I see this as group checklist settings:

• Notify Public(Connected Servers) Text Chat On/Off
• Notify Private Direct Messages Text Chat On/Off
• Notify Group Direct Messages On/Off

Transition note: People which from some reason actually have „Show Text Chat Notifications” turned on, simply could after change options above have them all set on as default, otherwise all set off.
