A audible noise when you switch from "Voice Activity" to "PTT" modes

Currently if you switch from the "Voice Activity" input mode from "Push To Talk" or back it makes no noise and has no visual cue's either, you have to speak to figure out which mode you are in if you're using a hotkey. I'm requesting it makes a sound when you switch modes, as right now I have the hotkey set up so that it mute and unmutes myself at the same time that it switches modes so I know when it works.
