Keep the politics out of your app!
Greetings, after the recent BLM banner that you put in front of everyone's screens, I got an update changelog today which yet again contained political content, namely it was about US elections. Firstly, not all of your users are from US, there is world outside of it as well and secondly, I think that politics has no place in any kind of communication applications from the official side. Please keep your app clean of political content! There are communities which revolve around politics and anyone interested can join them, but please don't spam everyone with irrelevant stuff.

I agree. I believe such a banner could also be considered NSFW. Political topics are too inflammatory for most public environments, so I don't want a political slogan suddenly pop up on my screen when all I was trying to do is launch a communication app. It doesn't matter what it is, or whether I agree with it or not. You never know the kind of conversations that's going to spark, and it feels a bit manipulative too.
I was also mildly annoyed by the US elections thing because it gives off a vibe of "USA best country".
