Quick Reactions location should be on left / hovering should highlight message.

When I hover over a message to react to it, the only indication that I am hovering over a message is that the date gets highlighted on the left of the message. This makes it difficult to know which message i'm reacting to because of my big monitor. It is trivial, but if the location can be changed or a slight highlight could be added when hovering over a message it would be very helpful.

  You can go in "User Settings" > "Appearance" > "ZOOM LEVEL", put it on 150 or 200.
