Make Splash Screen EASY TO READ

I've never been able to read one of those tips you show when I go on discord, the splash screen tip that is so small and so fast, nope I can not even read it, in my settings if there was one to slow that down, I would and seems it's not effected by making the text bigger on discord in regular use. I have tried and tried to read those and never got to read the whole thing not even once!
