[Suggestion] Block feature improvements

First of all, let us have an option between letting people know we have blocked them (and if we choose this one, things would work as they are right now) and not letting them know. If somebody chooses the latter, let the blocked person still send messages to the person who blocked them. 

You could also add a list of people who openly blocked you.

While we're at it, could you add an in-app way to report people?
