Allow nitro users to send requests over 1000 friends

I've had 1000 friends for awhile now and haven't been able to send requests. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to get into contact with someone and have to ask a friend to add us to a group chat so I can even get in touch with them.

A great nitro perk would be to allow sending friend requests over 1000. Maybe even separate tiers for the 2 nitro tiers with different limits, with the top tier being unlimited.

  This would be a really nice feature for nitro users, I've been unable to add any new friends to my discord for the last year.

  Please add this for Nitro users indeed. Haven't been able to send out friend requests in such a long time, it's getting really annoying, would greatly improve user experience.

  This should exist for everyone, there is not a good reason for there to be a cap on friend lists
