Setting permissions to use or not use stamps

About the Stamp function

I would like to be able to set whether or not I can use stamps in the permission settings for channels and roles.

Stamps take up a lot of width, which I found inconvenient when I wanted to keep a history of messages or make the chat more compact.

There is no point in having a meeting on Discord if all the information is buried.

This is a feature I wanted, but at the same time, it eliminates one of the advantages of Discord, which is its compact size.

I'm not saying to cancel the implementation, I'm more than happy with it, but my only complaint is that I can't toggle whether to use it or not.

I'm Japanese and don't speak much English.
