T&S ignoring numerous appeals

I've been messaging T&S for days now regarding the disabling of my account due to a mistake PayPal made which resulted in a charge back. I immediately fixed this and made an appeal. No response and it's been 4 days. Here's where in comes the issue. I get fed up and make a request to T&S from my other email account and get a response within 12h. I immediately reply to the email and give them the numerous request IDs and give them permission to look into my account associated with the other email = no response. What am I doing wrong? Why is this happening to me? I've always been a diligent discord user with no warnings nor any TOS stuff but due to PayPal I'm in this mess. Help. Just help.
