Sending multiple images as a gallery

Currently, if you send multiple images on Discord, the images will all be sent successively. This often ends up cluttering the channel and burying what was sent before. Its an avenue of abuse for trolls that want to drown channels by spamming images quick, and it wastes space and looks bad, especially if the images are of wildly different resolutions.

It would be a lot nicer, cleaner, and easier to navigate if the images were sent in a gallery displayed as thumbnails of equal resolution instead, similar to how it's done on Snapchat or Facebook Messenger. That way, anything sent before won't get drowned out and possibly missed if someone sends multiple images, it would be easier to navigate between images, and it would be way more stylish.

Yes PLEASE! I need this for when I want to share a lot of drawings or photographs but don't want to flood the entire chat, or maybe I just have a lot of memes to share. Maybe when you drag and drop a file and it opens the little thing where you can add a comment or spoiler, dropping another file adds it to the gallery. Or pasting multiple links in one message can put them in the gallery as opposed to putting them in separate messages. Putting images in separate messages can still display the pictures as normal but this can be a really useful option for a lot of people
